Nick’s ability to address continually evolving business needs in the Property sector in partnership with some of Australia premier brands has been crucial to the success and growth of the Glad Group business and group of companies.

For over 40 years, his experience covers the property sector, covering asset and facilities management, construction, development, to funds management. His background spans world-class companies such as Lendlease, Investa Property Group, Westpac, and Leighton Group in Australia, and the CEO of Nakheel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Chris works as part of the company’s plans to improve and expand its operations and services. He provides guidance on Glad Group’s journey ahead to ensure excellent, sustainable services for our customers.

As Chief Operating Officer at Glad Group, Aatef leads the day-to-day business operations with a focus on streamlining and driving organisational enhancements to empower our frontline teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and outcomes. He champions a people-first culture, leveraging technology and innovation to drive business enablement. He has held senior roles at Optus (as Chief Technology Officer), Cisco, IBM, HP, American Express and has also founded, scaled and sold his own business.

His approach to collaborative partnerships – both with customers and front-line service teams – helps Glad Group achieve operational excellence in all service divisions. As Head of People & Culture at Glad Group, Ann brings a unique blend of technical and commercial expertise to her role. A trusted advisor to senior leaders, she drives business strategy through a people-first lens – fostering high performance, developing talent and shaping an inclusive, values-led culture.

Head of Finance

Bianca has over 15 years of experience in managing business financials, strategic planning, reporting, and the leadership of Accounts and Finance teams. With an exceptional eye for detail, she is responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts across all business divisions. Working with Glad Executive stakeholders, she ensures all financial targets are met and Glad Group complies with all current financial and statutory regulations. She provides broader guidance to the company’s managers and executive teams to enable them to achieve their strategic and financial objectives.

Roger Agyar

Head of Operations

Roger Agyar is an experienced operations leader with over 27 years in the service industry, including more than 16 years with Glad Group. He has led teams and delivered organisational performance across multi-service facilities services environments spanning retail, commercial, education, events and healthcare sectors. As Head of Operations, Roger brings advanced expertise in coordinating diverse service divisions to ensure each site benefits from a seamless, outcome-focused delivery model. With extensive experience across retail and commercial portfolios, he has led service delivery at major Australian retail centres, including national Westfield locations, as well as large-scale commercial towers – consistently achieving operational excellence, innovation and best-practice outcomes.

With over 25 years of experience in risk management, workplace health and safety (WHS), and sustainability, Trevor Ballantyne leads Glad Group’s Risk & Compliance team with purpose and pragmatism. His career spans security, safety, environmental management, and complex compliance reform across South Africa, the UK and Australia. Trevor sees risk not just as a shield, but as a strategic enabler of better business. At Glad Group, he partners across all teams to embed practical, value-adding risk strategies that enhance safety, empower people, and improve performance. From regulatory compliance to ESG and integrated systems, Trevor ensures we’re not just meeting obligations, but building a safer, more sustainable future.
