He has successfully cultivated positive and lasting relationships with his customers built on trust and integrity, and fostered long-term loyalty and dedication amongst Glad Group’s most important asset – its people. Nick’s ability to address continually evolving business needs in the Property sector in partnership with some of Australia and New Zealand’s premier brands has been crucial to the success and growth of the Glad Group business and group of companies.

Chris O’Donnell

For over 40 years, his experience covers the property sector, covering asset and facilities management, construction, development, to funds management. His background spans world-class companies such as Lendlease, Investa Property Group, Westpac, and Leighton Group in Australia, and the CEO of Nakheel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Chris works as part of the company’s plans to improve and expand its operations and services. He provides guidance on Glad Group’s journey ahead to ensure excellent, sustainable services for our customers.

He is a true technology advocate and a thought leader who stays on the cutting edge of industry developments. Doug’s career is marked by transformative contributions that have redefined standards within the field by working closely with customers and global industry leaders. His insights, expertise, and extensive knowledge of the industry continue to drive innovation and excellence.. Through keen analysis of property and market trends, and negotiation strategies he will consistently yield optimal results for Glad Group.

He has a profound understanding of property needs in large organisations and adopts a keen customer-centric approach to service experience and delivery.

Kiri Chase

Head of People and Culture

Kiri brings her years of experience, passion for people, and strong work ethic to the table. She leads the Human Resources, Insurance, and Payroll teams based in our Sydney Head Office. Before joining Glad Group, she worked as our Workers Compensation Adviser and developed an understanding of our business and a close relationship. She is working to develop a leading workplace where we maximise the full potential of our workforce through established policies and practices. She cultivates strategies to achieve effective employee recruitment, engagement, and retention, leading Glad Group to become an Employer of Choice.

Head of Property Services

Neranje acquired 20 years of industry experience in facility services across commercial, retail, government, and education sectors. Known for his transparency, integrity, and strong industry knowledge, he consistently identifies opportunities for customer value and delivers the highest standard of operational and service delivery. His approach to collaborative partnerships – both with customers and front-line service teams – helps Glad Group achieve operational excellence in all service divisions. He connects with our customers and our people as true partners, working together to ensure best-in-class operations, delivering on Glad Group’s values and service promise.

Bianca Yardley

Head of Finance

Bianca has over 15 years of experience in managing business financials, strategic planning, reporting, and the leadership of Accounts and Finance teams. With an exceptional eye for detail, she is responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts across all business divisions. Working with Glad Executive stakeholders, she ensures all financial targets are met and Glad Group complies with all current financial and statutory regulations. She provides broader guidance to the company’s managers and executive teams to enable them to achieve their strategic and financial objectives.

Brianna Taylor

Head of Strategic Growth

As an agnostic marketer, Brianna brings her customer experience expertise and passion for partnerships to Glad Group. With 15 years of experience, Brianna has held broad communications, placemaking and customer relations roles. Within the property sector, Brianna has consulted to ISPT, Dexus and Winten Property Group, whilst working for CBRE. She has held multiple Executive Committee positions – including Head of CX for CBRE Pacific Property Management – and now forms part of the Glad Group senior leadership team. She brings commercial acumen, customer advocacy and marketing skills to drive our brand and customer strategy.

Nina Collinson

National ESG Manager

Nina has extensive experience in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategies, with a proven track record in driving positive outcomes for the environment, people, the community, and business simultaneously. She also has extensive experience in embedding sustainability practices into everyday business activities. Since joining Glad Group, she led the ESG engagement with stakeholders and leads the strategic direction of the ESG initiatives across the organisation. Her focus is on continuous improvement and challenging the status quo, building on the successful plans and programs already implemented at a state and national level.
