Modern Slavery
Our approach to human rights and modern slavery is articulated in our Human Rights Commitment and is supported by our:
- Code of Conduct
- People & Culture policies including Diversity and Equal Employment Opportunity and Discrimination Policy
- Sustainable Procurement Policy and Supplier Code of Conduct
Modern Slavery is a serious violation of an individual’s dignity and human rights and is also a serious crime under Australian (and international) law. We have a zero-tolerance approach to Modern Slavery and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and forming transparent and trusted relationships with our stakeholders to ensure there are appropriate grievance and remediation frameworks in place.
This approach is supported by implementing and enforcing effective governance, and management systems and controls to mitigate the risk of Modern Slavery occurring in our own operations or supply chain.

We have published our third Modern Slavery Statement – demonstrating our commitment to Human Rights and how we value people. Our Modern Slavery Statement is published on Australian Border Force website and is current FY 2022. It inspires collaboration and engages our suppliers to identify and manage their own supply chain risk within Modern Slavery.
