Winning as a team

Our Senior Operations team recently came together for an interactive 2-day workshop that provided the opportunity for knowledge sharing and a forum to discuss several business topics currently influencing our operations.  

 Hosted at the Sydney Support Office from Thursday 17th– Friday 18th November 2022, keynote speaker Geoff Prior coached the team on the principles and behaviours of ‘Becoming a Productive& Effective Leader’. The interactional session focused on productivity and time management training. The team gained a deeper understanding of how to work smarter to achieve improved service to our customers, maximise the use of technology, and effective delegation techniques. They were also joined by members of the Senior Leadership team including Christopher Errington, Chief Operating Officer, who discussed procurement and finance, and Steve Iloski, Executive Director, spoke of the power of teamwork and shared insight into new business generation techniques.  

 On the second day the team united, exchanging ideas and actions on important focus areas for operations. Linden Davidson, Head of Strategic Growth, introduced everyone to our new reward and recognition program and brought the importance of innovation to the forefront. The time spend together energised the team with many taking away new learnings to integrate into their daily work practices for the benefit of their teams and our valued customers.
