Pinnacle Award 2023
We are delighted to announce that on March 24th,2023, one of our JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) cleaning teams located in Sydney, was presented with a JLL Pinnacle Award for delivering value and building a strong customer relationship, at the JLL Vendor Management Town Hall 2023.
The JLL Pinnacle Awards represent a very high level of recognition across the Asia Pacific region for exceptional contribution. Awarded to Rose Boonyatulanon(Client Services Manager) and the amazing on-site cleaning team, who consistently provide service value to the building tenants and wider workplace community.
The award was accepted by Chris Gorgioski, State Manager, who said he was extremely proud of the team’s achievement. The team is strongly focused on service flexibility, efficient response times, and meeting KPIs. They have also cultivated a deeply successful working relationship with onsite management that has been central to their service success.
This Pinnacle Award is a great reminder that strong commitment from a dedicated team will be rewarded. Rose Boonyatulanon said that the team have created a helpful partnership approach since Glad Group Services commenced operations at the site over 11 years ago. The team has worked diligently to understand and deliver a very high standard of customer service. Their service agenda has included improving internal defect reporting, focusing on hospitality, and ensuring all customer interactions are positive and solutions focused.
This reward reflects the team’s passion and service talent and serves as a reminder of the impact we can make when we work together as ‘one team one community’.
