Celebrating International Women’s Day with Nina Collinson and Amanda Workum

As we celebrate International Women’s Day 2024, we are taking some time to recognise the achievements of women in our business. We are reflecting on the progress we have made and the steps we still need to take towards gender equality. This year, the theme “Inspire Inclusion” resonates deeply with us at Glad Group, as we proudly acknowledge and support our female team members.

From our leadership team to our staff members on the ground, everyone plays a pivotal role in shaping our success in the commercial and retail sectors across a broad range of services. Particularly, we are grateful for the diverse perspectives and talents that our female team members bring to the table. This International Women’s Day, we take a moment to appreciate the invaluable contributions they make to our organisation.

We are proud to have 75% of women in senior leadership roles, an impressive 55% of women in our support offices, and 40% of women in executive positions. We take this opportunity to acknowledge the exceptional dedication demonstrated by Nina Collinson and Amanda Workum in enhancing our team dynamics.
