ASIAL Security Awards 2022

Congratulations to our awards winner

Each year the security industry unites for the Australian Security Industry Awards for Excellence, the Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) and the Australian Security Medals Foundation Awards (ASMF) – all hosted by the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL). The awards provide opportunity to recognise and celebrate outstanding performance and acts of bravery.

This year the awards night was held on Wednesday 19th October at Doltone House, Hyde Park, Sydney. Glad Group were very proud to have several of our people nominated and receive an award.

OSPAs Nominees

The OSPAs Awards recognise excellence, achievement, contribution, and innovation within the Australian security industry. The award criteria are based on extensive research focusing on key factors that contribute to and demonstrate outstanding performance.

The OPSAs have several different award categories and this year we would like to congratulate our below finalists:

Cameron Stuart – Outstanding Contract Security Manager/Director – WINNER

Cameron oversees security operations through the development of strategies, processes, and procedures to support security teams across the Glad Group Services portfolio (NSW) to successfully care for retail and commercial workplace communities. His professionalism and care were highly recognised as he won the Award in this category. On behalf of Glad Group, we want to congratulate Cameron and thank him for his dedication.

Cameron Stuart (State Manager Security NSW/ACT) & Steve Iloski (Executive Director)
Ravi Paliwal – Outstanding In-House Security Manager – FINALIST

Ravi oversees the security operations at 1 Denison Street, North Sydney which is an A-grade building occupied with premium customers such as NEC, Microsoft, SAP, Luxottica, Datacom and Redhat. Even though Ravi didn’t take the award home, his nomination was a great achievement, and we could not be prouder.
